At ZenErgo, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle shipping, processing, and delivery of all purchases made through our online store.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been received and verified. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. Should there be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Typical delivery times range from 5 to 15 business days, depending on destination and carrier availability.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. ZenErgo is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control such as weather or logistics disruptions.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 to 48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ZenErgo is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs or taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

ZenErgo is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing your claim.

Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. ZenErgo cannot be held liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, the customer may be required to pay reshipping fees.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to most countries. Delivery times and rates vary depending on location and carrier. Additional customs or import charges may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking Issues

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. In some cases, packages may be left at a secure location such as a front porch, mailroom, or reception area. ZenErgo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
