Return and Refund Policy

At ZenErgo, we aim to provide our customers with products that meet the highest standards of quality and satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy designed to make your experience as smooth as possible.
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order, provided that the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Once the item has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Products that show signs of use, physical damage, or are missing components not related to a manufacturing defect may not be eligible for a refund.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at zenergos22@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Our team will provide instructions on how to proceed. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was received. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
If you wish to exchange a product due to damage or a defect, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace it with an identical item at no additional cost.
